From my online print shop, you can order reproductions on paper, canvas, or metal with various frame options. You can also purchase original landscape and cityscape paintings from my online portfolio. I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal as methods of payment. Credit card payments for prints are processed by Stripe, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web.

Where will you ship artwork?

Original paintings are shipped within the United States and Canada only. Worldwide orders are accepted for prints.

How will my artwork be shipped?

Original Paintings: I ship original paintings via either FedEx or US Mail from my studio in Tennessee. You will receive a tracking number at your email address when your artwork ships. Someone at the destination address will need to sign for delivery.

Prints: All prints ship via the cheapest route, using US Mail, UPS, or Fed Ex. Customers will receive tracking number via email as soon as their order has shipped. Prints are fully insured for total replacement value of art prints. All shipments are trackable and I'll email you a tracking number upon shipping of your art. Art prints are manufactured and shipped from California. Delivery of print reproductions does not require a signature.

How much does shipping cost?

Original Paintings: Domestic shipping charges for original paintings within the United States are approximately 8% of the artwork value. Costs to Canada are calculated based on weight. Shipping costs are shown during the checkout process.

Prints: Shipping charges are determined by my print fulfillment provider, based on dimensions and distance from their location in California. Shipping costs are shown during the checkout process.

When will my artwork arrive?

Original Paintings: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your artwork to arrive. Occasionally, when I'm away from the studio, order shipments may be delayed. You will receive an email notification in this case. For US territories outside of the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands), please expect a few extra business days for shipping.

Prints: Please allow up to 14 business days for production time due to staffing shortages. Thereafter, shipping times range from 1-7 business days, depending on distance. For US territories outside of the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands), please expect a few extra business days for shipping. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.

I changed my mind. Can I return my original painting order?

I want you to be happy with your artwork so you will have a one week "try out" period. If you change your mind, I will gladly exchange an item for another when it is shipped back, at the customer's expense, in the same condition that it left my studio within 7 days of the delivery date. Please use the same shipping materials when returning the painting. Refunds are given only for artwork that arrives damaged (see below). All other orders may be exchanged.

Can I return my print order?

All reproduction prints are made to order and are non-returnable. Damaged products will be replaced (see below).

What is your refund policy? What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Return of Damaged Original Paintings: If an original painting is damaged, then please send me a photo of the damage (sarahpollockstudio@gmail.com) and retain all packing materials. Shipping costs will be reimbursed for the return of the original piece. If possible, the piece will be repaired. If I cannot repair it, then a total refund will be given upon return of the damaged piece. Alternatively, you may exchange the damaged piece for another piece of equivalent value as long as the damaged piece is returned.

Return of Damaged Prints: If your print arrives damaged or defective in some way, please contact me ASAP. I offer a hassle-free return process to speed replacement. Here's how:

1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (if the package is also damaged).

2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to sarahpollockstudio@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

3. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your return is being processed.

4. If your return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the replacement based on your photos. Please note: If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.

Do you provide discounts to interior designers?

Yes. Designers with a resale certificate receive 20% off retail. A coupon code will be supplied once proof of certificate and business license is supplied.

Can I buy an original unframed?

Yes. Please contact me to make arrangements.

I want to give an original painting as a gift. Will you enclose a personalized message?

Yes. Please contact me to make arrangements. This option is not available for print orders because print orders are fulfilled by a separate service.

Can I get a print made of an original painting?

Please browse my print shop to see what is currently available. Generally, I keep this up-to-date with my latest artwork options. But I do take requests, so if there's something you really crave, please contact me.

I saw a painting that I liked, but it was already sold. Can I commission you to make a copy of it?

Check my print shop, where a reproduction may be available. If an original painting was already sold, then I won't make another one just like it. But I feature consistent themes throughout my artwork and you're welcome to contact me and we can discuss options for creating a similar work to include the colors and themes you like. What about sales tax?

I am required to collect sales tax for sales in the state of Tennessee.
